DYNO­ROOM Fea­tures

  • Dynolyze ”Medi­um” 4WD- hub dyno, apac­i­ty: approx. 2000 hp per axle @ 2000 rpm at the hub

Com­bus­tion AnalysE and data acqui­si­tion

One of our favorite tools for engine analy­sis is the Kistler KiBox2. This advanced sys­tem pro­vides high­ly accu­rate tun­ing and load-lev­el analy­sis. Unlike tra­di­tion­al meth­ods, which only mea­sure air/fuel input and exhaust out­put, the KiBox2 cap­tures a wealth of data from the engine and its com­bus­tion events using just a sin­gle pres­sure sen­sor and a crank angle sen­sor. This tool has proven invalu­able in diag­nos­ing and pre­vent­ing seri­ous engine issues, we’ve suc­cess­ful­ly pre­vent­ed engine dam­age on numer­ous occa­sions.

Our dyno sys­tem is paired with a cus­tom data acqui­si­tion sys­tem built around a MoTeC C185 Dash-Log­ger. This sys­tem syn­chro­nizes data from the dyno, KiBox2, the car ECU* , and any addi­tion­al tem­per­a­ture or pres­sure sen­sors con­nect­ed to the dash.

Prices include Finnish VAT 25,5%

* Addi­tion­al charge applies on top of dyno work hours. Includes up to 2 hours of mea­sure­ment time. Mea­sure­ments are per­formed only on engines that are oper­a­tional and near­ly ful­ly tuned.
