Lamborghini Huracan Performante Twin Turbo — 1000hp ‘’Stage 1’’

This beauty came to Finger Motors as a demo and R&D- car, and in particular to develop our Huracan Twin Turbo STAGE 1- kit. After few iterations of the Twin Turbo- kit, we managed to develop a perfect combination of raw excitement to the track and having the whole package as subtle and OEM- like as a supercar like this can have.

The end result is a package that transforms the driving experience without compromising the soul of the Huracán. Instant response, relentless power delivery, and factory-like drivability come together to create a car that feels equally at home on the street as it does flat out on the circuit.

WHAT WE DID

Our kit utilizes the factory Huracán exhaust manifolds, connected via crossover tubes to a dedicated Garrett G30-770 turbocharger on each bank. Integrated into each crossover tube is a Garrett 44mm wastegate outlet, allowing precise boost control. Excess exhaust gases are then routed directly into the downpipes for optimal flow and response.

This system is designed without mufflers — but don’t expect excessive noise. The result is a refined, subtle, and tasteful exhaust note that perfectly complements the character of the car.

The car utilizes the Stock ECU’s that are mapped for the added boost that the kit brings within. Since the car is NA stock, the ECU’s don’t really bring any boost control options — so we’ve added an external aftermarket ECU unit for an boost-by-gear boost control and to control the water-to-air intercooler coolant circulating pump. The ECU is connected to the CAN-Bus of the car — allowing us to get 3 different boost maps for Strada, Sport and Corsa- modes, and the previously mentioned boost-by-gear function.

The charged air cooling is taken care of by one custom PWR- cored water-to-air intercooler on each bank of the engine. The system has two separate radiators in the front of the car for the coolant — alongside a Pierburg electrical water pump that duty cycles are controlled by our separate ECU and its Inlet Air Temperature- targets.
